Bunalo - Cine Pulse ("the app", "the Service") is a free app provided at no cost and intended for use as is. This page explains how information is collected, used and disclosed when you use the Service.
By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We do not use or share your information with anyone except as described here.
The app does not require an account and does not ask you for personally identifiable information. Everything you create in the app — your Insights, the notes you write, the article links you save and the titles you bookmark — is stored only in a local database on your device. We do not run a server of our own, and this user-created content is never uploaded, shared, or visible to anyone else. You can delete any of it at any time from within the app, and removing the app removes all of it.
The app relies on third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, for example to load content, serve advertising, measure app usage, or report crashes. Links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the app:
The app may show ads served by AdMob. On iOS, the app asks for your permission through the system App Tracking Transparency prompt before it uses the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, ads can still be shown but are not personalised with that identifier. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If an error occurs in the app, we may collect data and information on your device through third-party products (Log Data). Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app at the time of the error, the time and date of use, and other statistics. Log Data never includes the Insights, notes, links or bookmarks you create in the app.
Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser by the websites you visit and stored on your device.
The Service does not use cookies itself. Third-party code used by the app may use cookies to collect information and improve its services; this includes the embedded YouTube player and the websites you open from a saved article link in the in-app browser. You can accept or refuse these cookies; refusing them may stop some of those embedded pages from working.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
These third parties have access to the information described above only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, and they are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We use commercially acceptable means to protect the information handled by the Service. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The Service contains links to other sites, including the articles you choose to attach to an Insight, which open in the in-app browser. These sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site or service.
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the app, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change is posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
